The scene shifts to Papa's Burgeria in Burgerburgh where Marty and Rita serve burgers. The Sushi Samurai throws a warp coin that opens a portal and he pushes the two girls in it and jumps in.

The scene shifts to Papa's Sushiria in the Sakura Bay at the end of the day. Luau LePunch then slams his fists on the ground and portals appear on each customer's head from which cages drop and trap them. Alberto and Penny charge at him but he bops them on the head. As they serve Gremmie, the doors slam open, and Luau LePunch charges in. The story starts in the Calypso Island with Alberto and Penny serving sundaes in Papa's Freezeria. 5 hearts for each customer instead of 3.You can only rescue Papa Louie and defeat Radley by getting ALL 66 WARP KEYS.To replenish oxygen, the player must jump out of the water or collect oxygen canisters which float in the water like hearts. The brand new "Oxygen" mechanic: Customers can survive underwater for only 45 seconds.The "Crawling" ability returns from Papa Louie 2.They get sliced/bashed/shot and their bodies remain on the scene where they eventually disappear.
